Supported Employment offers people with disability a chance to work by supporting them into mainstream work.

We do this through:

  • Help with job search and job placement.
  • Negotiation/liaison/advice.
  • Orientation/job coaching/work experience.
  • Unlimited ongoing support after job placement.
  • Collaboration with other agencies.

  • Equal pay and conditions.
  • Career development.
  • On-going support for as long as it is needed.
